Kaizershop, starting its journey in 2009, has in recent years become one of the most popular stores in technology products.
In 2023, the issue of further increasing revenues as well as improving the Conversion Rate for the already substantial online traffic was raised.
Additionally, there was a need to leverage and implement more targeted communication with the existing customer base. Issues such as increasing customer loyalty, raising the frequency of purchases within a year, and increasing the average order value were critical topics for which a comprehensive communication strategy had to be developed.
The drastic change in online consumer behavior and the paths that now guide a user towards easier order completion, as well as tactics contributing to gaining competitive advantage, made it necessary to adopt a personalized and tailor-made communication approach.
For these reasons, AI-powered tools were adopted to achieve the above goals, beyond the 360 digital communication through the utilization of multiple channels.

Implementation
For Kaizer Shop, a strategy based on comprehensive SEO and targeted content was followed, resulting in significant increases in organic traffic, orders, and total revenue for the online store.
Specifically, we performed full SEO optimization at all levels: on-site, off-site, and technical. On the on-site SEO level, we analyzed the structure and content of the eshop, upgraded category and product pages, updated metadata, and strategically organized internal links. Simultaneously, through technical SEO, we enhanced loading speed, improved the mobile experience, and fixed critical errors in Google Search Console.
In off-site SEO, we focused on acquiring quality backlinks through collaborations with specialized technology blogs and reputable online directories, targeting keywords with high purchase intent, both generic and branded.
All actions were based on comprehensive analysis (SEO audits, competitive research, search intent analysis), aiming at the steady increase of organic traffic, improving rankings in key technology searches, and increasing the conversion rate in a dynamic and demanding sector.
